- • The Competitive Intelligence and Strategy Analyst role at KnowBe4 is critical for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating competitive insights that inform strategic decision-making across the organization, directly supporting Revenue and Channel teams with actionable intelligence to win in the market.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and operationalizing a modern AI-forward competitive intelligence function, creating competitor profiles and battlecards, monitoring market and competitor trends using tools like AlphaSense and Gong, conducting win-loss analyses, delivering timely insights to stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives across go-to-market, partnerships, and international expansion.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, data analytics, information science, engineering, cybersecurity, or a similar analytical field
- • 0-3+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, strategy, market research, consulting, or similar analytical roles in SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity
- • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with ability to convert fragmented data into clear insights
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing executive-ready slides and memos
- • Experience using paid research tools and open-source intelligence sources strongly preferred
- • Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, scraping/monitoring workflows, or analytics tooling strongly preferred
