- • The Complex Litigation Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting insurance policy language, legal authorities, and claims to support the resolution of litigated and non-litigated coverage matters involving personal lines products. This role provides expert guidance to claims partners on coverage issues, ensures alignment with applicable laws and regulations, and identifies potential risks or complexities requiring escalation.
- • Day-to-day duties include serving as the primary coverage advisor for complex personal lines matters, reviewing and analyzing policy language and claim facts, providing guidance to casualty and homeowner claims personnel, escalating highly complex issues to senior specialists, participating in special projects and workgroups, monitoring legal and regulatory developments, and supporting the development and delivery of coverage training materials.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of claims, legal, insurance coverage, or related professional experience
- • High School diploma required
- • Experience supporting litigated claims or coverage-related matters
- • Experience handling casualty, homeowner, or coverage-related claim matters
- • Demonstrated ability to analyze policy language and legal authorities
- • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
