  • • As a Compliance Analyst II at AuditBoard, you will play a critical role in strengthening the company’s security and compliance posture by supporting the strategic pillars of its GRC program and ensuring adherence to global standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, and FedRAMP. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining trust with enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 organizations, by enabling AuditBoard to demonstrate robust controls and continuous compliance across its SaaS platform.
  • • You will engage in the day-to-day execution of compliance operations, including facilitating second-line control testing, managing user access reviews, supporting due diligence questionnaires, and helping translate regulatory requirements into actionable policies and procedures. This role demands initiative, professional skepticism, and the ability to collaborate across security, IT, engineering, legal, and global teams to resolve complex compliance challenges.
  • • You will join a high-performing, mission-driven team within AuditBoard’s Information Security Compliance function, reporting directly to the Director of Information Security Compliance. The team operates with a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and customer obsession, fostering an environment where individuals are empowered to improve processes and drive measurable impact.

You will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools, contribute to audit readiness, and develop skills in translating technical and legal requirements into practical business guidance—positioning you for advancement into senior compliance, GRC, or security leadership roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience as a security compliance professional with in-depth knowledge of control objectives, gap assessments, and evidence collection for frameworks including ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, CMMC/NIST 800-171, SOC 1/2, and FedRAMP.
  • • Proven experience working in a B2B SaaS organization, with familiarity in compliance automation tooling and practices, including working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are strongly preferred.
  • • Demonstrated ability to interpret laws and regulatory requirements and translate them into operational policies, procedures, and practical guidance for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience delivering training programs on security awareness, data protection, and privacy to global audiences.
  • • Proven track record of collaborating effectively across global, cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects with initiative and professional judgment.
