Compliance Associate

📋 Description

• • The Compliance Associate is responsible for gathering, preparing, and maintaining client data and preparing client-specific reporting requirements for different captive programs throughout the company, ensuring timely filing of forms such as Form 8886 and Form 8275 in accordance with reporting deadlines.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and preparing client-specific tax forms, tracking progress of form preparation, assisting with data gathering and analysis, entering data into client management software, interfacing with clients/brokers on state and federal reporting requirements, coordinating document requests and procedure changes, compiling reports for the Compliance Department, and participating in compliance projects as requested.
