Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Compliance Manager at DailyPay, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company’s products and operations meet evolving state and federal financial regulations, directly supporting the mission to transform how people get paid through on-demand pay solutions.
• • You will perform compliance testing, manage consumer complaint resolution, and oversee third-party vendor compliance, working closely with Product, Operations, and Legal teams to identify risks and implement remediation strategies.
• • DailyPay is a fast-growing worktech company headquartered in New York City with remote operations across the U.S. and Belfast, dedicated to improving employee financial well-being through innovative pay technology.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in financial regulations like UDAAP, Reg E, and Reg P, gain experience in the emerging Earned Wage Access (EWA) space, and develop leadership skills in cross-functional compliance initiatives within a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
