- • The Compliance Specialist - HC & Hospice role ensures regulatory adherence and accreditation standards for home care and hospice services, protecting patient safety and organizational integrity.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid), conducting compliance audits, preparing for accreditation surveys, developing policies and procedures, managing risks, providing staff training, analyzing compliance data, and investigating incidents to implement corrective actions.

- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in healthcare compliance, lead accreditation readiness efforts, influence organizational policy, and contribute to systemic improvements in patient safety and regulatory adherence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • Minimum of 1 year experience in Home Health Care, Clinical Compliance, or Health Care Administration
- • RN or another clinical license/certification strongly preferred
- • Master’s degree preferred
- • Experience with metrics and reporting
- • Knowledge/understanding of NYS and CMS regulations

- • Competitive pay range of $70,000.00 - $95,000.00
- • Full-time, day shift schedule (8:30AM–5:00PM, Monday–Friday)
