📋 Description

• • The Compounding Lab Manager at Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the compounding labs, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while supporting the scale-up of compounding capabilities and development of new treatments.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing compounding technicians (PTO, performance reviews, training), serving as a subject matter expert on lab equipment, maintaining documentation (SOPs, environmental controls, calibrations), partnering with Quality Operations and the Pharmacist in Charge, and ensuring timely completion of training and compliance tasks.
