  • • The Concurrent Review Care Coordinator at EviCore, a division of The Cigna Group, is responsible for conducting utilization and concurrent reviews, coordinating care plans, and ensuring medical necessity compliance across post-acute care settings to support quality outcomes and cost-effective care.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and evaluating individualized care plans, collaborating with providers and interdisciplinary teams, identifying gaps in care, documenting clinical decisions in designated systems, and participating in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
  • • The role is part of Evernorth Health Services, which focuses on creating innovative pharmacy, care, and benefit solutions to improve health outcomes for millions of people, operating as a division of The Cigna Group with a commitment to innovation and accessibility in healthcare.

  • • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of residence; multistate license preferred.
  • • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
  • • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • • At least 2 years of utilization management or care management experience preferred.
  • • Experience in home health, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or managed care environments preferred.
  • • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms.
