- • Provide high-quality, innovative tele-therapy to Headspace patients via a HIPAA-compliant video platform, delivering 60-minute intake and 45-minute follow-up sessions with concurrent note-taking included in session rate.
- • Maintain accurate clinical documentation by completing, signing, and locking case notes in the EMR within 48 hours of each session, while managing a personalized database for licensure, expiration dates, and professional records.
- • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including health coaches, psychiatrists, and external providers to support holistic member care, ensuring seamless coordination and continuity of treatment.
- • Contribute to a mission-driven network that emphasizes measurement-based care, cultural responsiveness, and continuous clinical improvement through Headspace’s training institute and quality assurance processes.
- • Enjoy full scheduling flexibility with a minimum of 10 sessions per week, including night and weekend availability as preferred, supported by Headspace’s administrative infrastructure that handles logistics so you can focus on clinical excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Independent clinical license to practice in good standing at the Master or Doctoral level without need for clinical supervision
- • 3+ years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families
- • Ability to offer at least 10 therapy sessions per week with flexibility to adjust based on schedule and demand
- • Clinical competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness) and measurement-based care
- • Familiarity and confidence with care delivery technology including video conferencing, EMR, Google Workspace, and other digital tools
