đź“‹ Description
- • Actively source and secure new construction project opportunities by navigating the ConstructConnect platform to identify, filter, and prioritize bids based on timeline urgency and project viability.
- • Perform accurate, detailed quantity takeoffs across multiple interior and exterior trades including painting, drywall, flooring, framing (including metal framing), plumbing, electrical, kitchen, and bathroom remodeling.
- • Prepare comprehensive, multi-trade cost estimates for submission in a high-volume bidding environment while maintaining strict accuracy and attention to detail.

- • Maintain and update a centralized tracking system using Google Sheets to monitor all submitted bids, upcoming deadlines, client touchpoints, and project statuses.
- • Manage day-to-day project workflows including handling Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, revisions, vendor outreach, and subcontractor coordination.
- • Serve as an administrative partner to ownership by tracking and prompting timely follow-ups with prospective general contractors via phone calls or in-person visits.
- • Ensure consistent deployment of the field crew by strategically filtering projects to eliminate gaps between bids and maintain continuous workflow.
- • Collaborate directly with ownership to support scaling of daily bid volume and expansion of the pre-construction support division.

- • Direct, hands-on experience navigating ConstructConnect to actively source and identify new leads (not just viewing pre-assigned plans).
- • Proven track record as a high-volume estimator who thrives in an aggressive, continuous bidding environment without sacrificing accuracy.
- • High competency in data management and organization utilizing Google Sheets or MS Excel.
- • Complete fluency in English (both written and verbal) with the professional communication skills necessary to handle subcontractor coordination and vendor outreach.
- • Availability to work dedicated full-time hours matching the 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST business window.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Compensation of USD $1,800 – $2,200/month depending on experience.
- • Full-time remote position with flexible location within LATAM.

- • Direct impact on scaling project volume and eliminating gaps in the construction pipeline.
