📋 Description
- • As a Construction Loan Originator at CrossCountry Mortgage, you will play a key role in converting inbound premium leads into funded loans by guiding borrowers through the mortgage process with expertise and personalized service.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing loan programs and rates, negotiating terms with borrowers, managing a personal sales pipeline, collecting and reviewing loan documentation, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- • You’ll be part of a nationally recognized, fast-growing mortgage lender with over 9,000 employees and 700+ branches, known for its award-winning culture, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to employee growth and transparency.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in mortgage lending, master internal systems and product knowledge, and achieve measurable performance goals while supporting diverse borrowers, including veterans and military families.
🎯 Requirements
- • NMLS license under the SAFE Act of 2008
- • Valid state mortgage loan originator license
- • 1+ years of construction sales or construction origination experience in a consumer direct or call center environment
