- • Manage and actively drive construction schedules across multiple residential projects, ensuring all team members, contractors, and subcontractors adhere to daily timelines and avoid double-booking.
- • Monitor jobsite activity in real time using security camera systems and OpenSpace software to verify progress, quality control, and property readiness.
- • Audit project progress daily to identify delays, bottlenecks, and operational inefficiencies, then implement immediate corrective actions to regain lost time and "win days."
- • Maintain and oversee the company’s custom-built Monday.com portal, ensuring all workflows, tasks, and company protocols are accurately tracked, updated, and followed by all departments.
- • Hold employees, project managers, cleaners, and contractors accountable for daily deliverables through aggressive yet professional follow-ups via phone, Slack, and messaging platforms.
- • Coordinate daily communication between field teams, procurement, and management to ensure seamless operations and alignment on schedule priorities.
- • Manage and complete construction punch lists, verifying completion of all final items before project closeout and payment approval.
- • Review daily property lock checks and cleaning standards using camera systems to ensure properties meet readiness requirements for final inspections and handoffs.
- • Participate in invoice approval processes by confirming completion status, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards before authorizing contractor payments.
- • Assist the procurement team with ordering materials, coordinating deliveries, and preventing delays caused by supply chain or scheduling misalignments.
- • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce recurring scheduling issues and enhance operational efficiency across all projects.
- • Maintain real-time, accurate project documentation in Monday.com, ensuring all task statuses, deadlines, and communications are current and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- • Communicate directly with subcontractors regarding scheduling updates, quality concerns, and completion requirements to ensure alignment and accountability.
- • Support daily administrative and operational tasks as needed to keep construction projects moving forward without interruption.
- • Proactively identify operational weaknesses and create solutions rather than simply reporting problems, demonstrating urgency and ownership in all responsibilities.
- • Work within a remote, LATAM-based team structure, maintaining consistent communication across time zones while adhering to EST business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong construction background with experience in construction operations, scheduling, or project coordination
- • Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously and identify scheduling bottlenecks
- • Experience using Monday.com for project tracking and workflow management
- • Comfort with construction software platforms including OpenSpace and security camera systems
- • Excellent communication and accountability management skills for daily interaction with contractors and field teams
- • Strong technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools
