- • The Construction Project Operations Coordinator at Jukebox Health Inc. serves as the operational backbone for home modification projects, ensuring seamless execution from referral to completion while directly supporting the company’s mission to empower older adults and high-needs populations to live safer, healthier, more independent lives at home.
- • This role is critical to maintaining project momentum, managing stakeholder communications, and upholding quality and compliance standards across a regional portfolio of home modification initiatives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end coordination of assigned home modification projects, tracking progress from authorization through installation and closeout, and driving timely completion by identifying and resolving delays or scope changes.
- • The coordinator partners closely with the Regional Project Manager to prioritize workload, flag risks, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope, acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external service providers.
- • They schedule and coordinate site visits, installations, and inspections with contractors and clients, proactively troubleshooting scheduling conflicts, vendor delays, or material shortages and escalating issues when necessary to prevent project stagnation.
- • As a primary point of contact, the role involves clear, professional communication with clients and service providers via phone and email, setting and managing expectations around timelines, next steps, and any plan adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.
- • The coordinator builds and maintains productive relationships with regional service providers, coordinating logistics and holding vendors accountable to agreed-upon timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- • All significant communications and interactions are documented in Salesforce to ensure traceability, accountability, and accurate reporting.
- • In documentation and compliance, the role owns the accuracy and completeness of all required project paperwork, ensuring submissions meet program and payer requirements on time and without error.
- • They conduct rigorous quality checks prior to submission to minimize rework, delays, or compliance risks, and actively contribute to process improvements that reduce administrative friction and increase operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction management, field operations, or a closely related role
- • Demonstrated experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, or subcontractors in a construction or trades environment
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally to diverse audiences—including clients, field crews, and internal stakeholders
- • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously without dropping the ball on documentation or follow-through
- • Comfort working in a remote, tech-enabled environment with proficiency in tools like Salesforce
- • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally, including company onsites and periodic site visits within the assigned region
