- • Lead client engagements focused on advanced primary care, onsite clinic optimization, and direct contracting strategies for employer clients.
- • Conduct comprehensive health center data analysis including claims analysis, breakeven modeling, and strategic recommendations to inform healthcare delivery decisions.
- • Design and manage end-to-end RFP processes, including strategy sessions, vendor evaluation, finalist facilitation, BAFO coordination, and contract negotiations.
- • Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable goals tied to healthcare utilization, employee engagement, clinical outcomes, and financial ROI.
- • Oversee vendor accountability by monitoring performance guarantees, conducting staffing model audits, and ensuring operational effectiveness of healthcare delivery sites.
- • Facilitate alignment sessions with senior leadership teams including HR, Finance, Procurement, and Executive Leadership to drive strategic healthcare initiatives.
- • Support seamless implementation and transition processes to ensure successful go-live and sustained operational stability of onsite and near-site clinics.
- • Contribute to business development efforts by supporting producer strategy and participating in client solution discussions to identify new opportunities.
- • Maintain subject matter expertise in advanced primary care models, occupational medicine integration, and employer-sponsored healthcare delivery systems.
- • Translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights that align with employer objectives to reduce total cost of care and improve outcomes.
- • Serve as a strategic advisor and operational driver, bridging high-level strategy with hands-on execution across multiple stakeholder groups.
- • Deliver client-facing deliverables with excellence in written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity and impact at all organizational levels.
- • Adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments with flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset to meet evolving client needs and market conditions.
- • Partner directly with employer teams to assess current-state healthcare performance and design future-state strategies that optimize delivery models.
- • Ensure vendor accountability through ongoing operational oversight and performance tracking aligned with contractual obligations and ROI targets.
