- • As a Consultant - Veeva RIM Professional Services, you will play a critical role in helping life sciences companies streamline their regulatory processes by implementing and configuring Veeva’s Regulatory Information Management (RIM) cloud solution, directly contributing to faster therapy approvals and improved compliance.
- • Day to day, you will engage with customers to understand their global regulatory workflows, gather and analyze business requirements, design solution configurations, and lead the implementation of Veeva Vault RIM for submission management, publishing, and archiving, while providing training and ongoing support.
- • You will be part of Veeva’s Professional Services team within a mission-driven, public benefit corporation that values Customer Success, Employee Success, Doing the Right Thing, and Speed, operating as a Work Anywhere company with a strong commitment to innovation in life sciences cloud technology.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global regulatory processes (including FDA, EMA, and other health authorities), gain hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS implementation and configuration, and develop consulting and project leadership skills while working with leading pharmaceutical and biotech organizations worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field
- • 3+ years of experience in Regulatory Information Management (RIM), submission management, publishing, or regulatory operations within the life sciences industry
- • Proven experience with Veeva Vault RIM or similar regulatory technology platforms (e.g., Sparta, ArisGlobal, MasterControl)
- • Strong understanding of global regulatory processes, including IND, NDA, BLA, MAA, and post-approval submissions
- • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions
- • Experience leading or supporting end-to-end implementation projects in a consulting or professional services environment
