• • As a GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist at iDeals Solutions Group Limited, you will be at the forefront of our ambitious growth strategy, playing a pivotal role in scaling our Sales and Marketing functions across EMEA, LATAM, and the USA. • • You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, encompassing Sales and Marketing positions. This end-to-end ownership means you'll be involved from the initial stages of candidate identification and screening through to the final job offer, ensuring a seamless and high-quality hiring process. Your responsibilities will extend to acting as a project manager for these global hiring initiatives, ensuring efficiency, speed, and exceptional quality in every hire.
• • A key aspect of this role involves partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and co-designing effective assessment processes. This includes developing scorecards, interview plans, and evaluation tools that accurately measure candidate competencies and cultural fit. You will be empowered to innovate and optimize existing recruitment processes, leveraging your expertise to enhance our hiring strategies and outcomes.
• • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and insightful analytics on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and quality signals. By diligently tracking these key performance indicators (KPIs), you will identify trends, derive actionable insights, and continuously improve the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts. This data-driven approach is crucial for making informed decisions and ensuring we are always optimizing our hiring funnel.
• • Collaboration is central to this role. You will work hand-in-hand with our dedicated sourcing team to build robust talent pipelines and proactively engage with high-caliber candidates. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively will be essential in attracting passive candidates and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified applicants.
• • Evaluating candidates' competencies and ensuring their values align with iDeals' core principles will be a primary focus. You will employ structured assessment methods, including conducting thorough screening calls and in-depth competency-based interviews, to identify individuals who not only possess the required skills but also embody our company culture.
