📋 Description

• • As a Consumer Compliance Analyst at Plaid Inc., you will play a critical role in building and maintaining a best-in-class compliance program for Plaid’s newly established Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA), ensuring adherence to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other consumer financial protection laws.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting and maintaining corporate policies for CRA compliance, designing and implementing training programs, conducting risk assessments of CRA products, managing consumer dispute processes, and collaborating with product, engineering, design, risk, and legal teams to embed compliance into product development.
