- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing internal and external data, collaborating with support partners, executing strategic plans for client acquisition and retention, leading cross-functional teams, managing initiative progress, and ensuring on-time, quality delivery of complex medium to large-scale projects.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience
- • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial services
- • Demonstrated project management leadership skills in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale, multi-functional projects
- • Superior knowledge of financial products, including deposit, credit, and investment products
- • Ability to express complex concepts clearly to business partners, senior leaders, and sales teams
- • Proven ability to work effectively with support partners and influence geographically diverse teams
