  • • As a Contact Center Account Executive for Enterprise at RingCentral, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts in the Contact Center and AI-powered solutions space, directly contributing to the company’s $2.5B annual revenue and $93B market opportunity in UCaaS and Contact Center.
  • • You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and IT decision-makers, communicating the value of RingCentral’s Contact Center portfolio—including Workforce Optimization, AI, and omnichannel capabilities—while developing tailored solutions aligned to customer challenges in enterprise environments.
  • • You will manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation and forecasting to deal closure, leveraging cross-functional collaboration with SEs, Channel Managers, Professional Services, and Marketing to execute territory and account plans with precision.
  • • You will partner with internal sales teams to evangelize Contact Center mindshare, re-engage past opportunities, and drive AI strategy adoption, ensuring alignment with go-to-market initiatives and customer advocacy across Line-of-Business and C-level audiences.
  • • You will operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment as a self-driven, results-oriented professional, traveling 1-2 times monthly to engage customers and partners, while maintaining high organization and relationship-building with technical and business stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience selling portfolio products and services into sophisticated enterprise-level accounts
  • • Proven experience selling CCaaS, CX, UCaaS, and cloud communications solutions
  • • Deep understanding of AI technology and its applications in business contexts
  • • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to engage C-level and Line-of-Business stakeholders
  • • Strong ability to develop relationships with technical and business decision-makers in a matrixed environment
  • • Highly organized, self-driven, results-oriented mindset with ability to travel 1-2 times per month
