📋 Description
- • Develop high-quality instructional content across multiple modalities, including written learning materials, instructional video, live sessions, and audio content.
- • Act as a ‘Learning Producer’ for new courses, developing a vision for both synchronous and asynchronous learning components and executing on that vision.
- • Write, edit, and proofread instructional content to a high standard of clarity, accuracy, and learner-friendliness, leveraging AI tools.
- • Build relationships and collaborate closely with subject matter experts, instructors, and presenters to refine, elevate, and gamify lectures and presentations.
- • Partner cross-functionally with project managers, the LX team, client-facing teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure content meets business objectives and launch timelines.
- • Maintain and continuously improve content quality standards across the team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–10 years of experience in learning design, content development, and/or course development.
- • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of course creation — from concept through final production.
- • Content development experience across modalities: written content, video production, live/webinar facilitation, learning games, audio/podcast production, etc.
