- • Manage a global content calendar aligned with field marketing campaigns, product launches, and awareness goals, prioritizing content based on audience needs and recommending optimal delivery channels.
- • Write and edit diverse content formats including blogs, eBooks, long-form articles, and executive thought leadership pieces, ensuring clarity, relevance, and alignment with Kong’s brand voice for both technical and business audiences.
- • Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and corporate communications teams to coordinate content development and delivery across regions.
- • Apply editorial best practices to maintain accuracy, consistency, and brand integrity across all published content.
- • Utilize AI tools such as Claude and AirOps, alongside collaborative platforms like Google Docs and Canva, to streamline content workflows and accelerate iteration cycles.
- • Track content performance across key channels and use data-driven insights to refine future content strategy and planning.
- • Maintain visibility into content timelines and deliverables using project management tools like Asana.
- • Audit, update, and optimize existing content to ensure it remains current, search-optimized, and valuable to target audiences.
- • Support content promotion across social platforms including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.
- • Partner with the US-based content team to align regional messaging and execute strategic global content initiatives.
- • Produce content that resonates with both senior engineers and VP-level decision-makers, demonstrating an understanding of enterprise software, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- • Work in a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the office located in Karnataka, India.
- • Stay current on enterprise SaaS trends and rapidly learn complex technical products to produce authoritative, accurate content without extensive hand-holding.
- • Balance the use of AI tools with a commitment to human-driven storytelling that adds depth, nuance, and authenticity to content.
🎯 Requirements
- • Extremely strong writing and editing skills in English with exceptional attention to detail
- • 5–8 years of experience in software, SaaS, or technical organizations, preferably within B2B or enterprise technology environments
- • Experience in B2B or enterprise tech content (SaaS, APIs, and cloud infrastructure preferred)
- • Familiarity with AI writing tools and content management workflows
- • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
