📋 Description
- • The Content Marketing Manager at Parkade Technologies Inc. owns how the company educates the multifamily industry by building a full-funnel content engine that attracts buyers, nurtures engagement, and accelerates sales conversations through SEO content, pillar pages, case studies, newsletters, video scripts, and executive thought leadership.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing the editorial calendar across blog, newsletter, long-form guides, and video; owning organic search strategy end-to-end; conducting customer interviews to produce case studies; collaborating with demand generation on integrated campaigns; repurposing content for social, email, sales outreach, and decks; hiring and managing freelancers; and measuring impact via organic traffic, rankings, content-sourced pipeline, and sales asset adoption.
- • Parkade is a B2B2C SaaS platform modernizing private parking for apartments, mixed-use, and offices by replacing stickers, hang tags, and spreadsheets with a fully automated, self-serve app for parking management, enforcement, and customer service, integrating with major Property Management Systems and gate hardware to lift Net Operating Income for clients.
- • In this role, the person will set editorial standards as the first dedicated content hire, build a scalable content operation, drive organic pipeline and shorten sales cycles, gain deep expertise in PropTech and multifamily SaaS marketing, and develop leadership experience managing freelancers and cross-functional campaigns that directly impact revenue.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing with ownership of a content calendar and proven success in hitting pipeline or traffic targets
- • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, point-of-view content that resonates with skeptical buyers
- • SEO fluency including keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, and experience with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Clearscope, demonstrated by past organic traffic growth
- • Editorial instincts for storytelling, particularly the ability to interview customers and transform transcripts into compelling buyer-focused narratives
- • Experience partnering with Demand Gen or Growth teams to create persona-led content that powers demand generation engines
- • Operator mindset: ability to ship on deadline, manage freelancers effectively, and maintain 4–6 live content assets simultaneously
