  • • The Content Operations Lead will oversee and coordinate the clinical content team, managing internal project needs and external partnerships to promote workflow integration of MDCalc, reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer and playing a key role in strategic planning.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating clinical review of content for accuracy and relevance, managing internal and external communications (including drafting executive correspondence and handling social media/podcast logistics), organizing meetings and conferences, establishing feedback loops with partners and stakeholders, supporting special projects and research, developing internal training resources, and ensuring regulatory compliance in clinical content development.
  • • MD Aware, LLC, the parent company of MDCalc, is a mission-driven organization whose clinical decision support tools are used by over 65% of physicians worldwide and more than 50% of US healthcare professionals, supporting 50+ specialties and 200+ patient conditions with evidence-based content.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop leadership and strategic planning skills, deepen expertise in evidence-based medicine and clinical content operations, enhance cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities, and contribute to improving patient outcomes at scale through high-impact clinical tools and partnerships.
