  • • As a Content Strategist (Remote UK) at Directive Consulting LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable revenue growth for B2B SaaS and enterprise clients by designing and executing data-informed content strategies that align with the company’s proprietary Customer Generation methodology—moving beyond vanity metrics to deliver pipeline, SQLs, and scalable brand impact.
  • • You will own end-to-end client strategy development and execution, serving as the primary client-facing expert responsible for translating business goals into actionable marketing plans, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-impact content campaigns that meet or exceed NSMs (North Star Metrics) while maintaining the highest standards of quality and strategic alignment.
  • • You will join a high-performing, elite UK-based team within a fast-moving, results-driven agency culture that values bold thinking, continuous learning, and challenging the status quo—where your expertise in SEO, content, and B2B tech/SaaS will directly contribute to shaping the future of performance marketing for innovative brands.
  • • You will deepen your strategic influence by leading goal-setting frameworks using advanced analytics (Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs), mastering LTV:CAC modeling and Share of SERP tactics, and evolving into a trusted advisor who not only executes strategies but identifies upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities that drive long-term client retention and agency growth.
  • • You will refine your project management and leadership capabilities by orchestrating timelines in Asana, coordinating with specialists, designers, and writers, partnering with Project Managers where applicable, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders through Slack, Zoom, and regular reporting cadences (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual business reviews).

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record implementing SEO principles and content strategy including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link building
  • • Strong familiarity with industry tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or equivalent crawling tools
  • • Must have agency experience and B2B tech and/or SaaS experience
  • • Excellent communication and client-facing skills with ability to build relationships and own stakeholder relationships
  • • Strong organisational, project, and time management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple client deliverables simultaneously
  • • Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing, SEO, and content, with drive to stay ahead of industry trends including AI and automation applications
