📋 Description

• • This Contract Analyst role supports the Pricing & Eligibility team by ensuring contract pricing data accuracy, proper customer eligibility determination, and timely completion of pricing and membership work in alignment with vendor requirements and department timelines.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and validating credit and rebill requests, providing customer service on pricing and membership matters, maintaining audit documentation, determining member access to contract pricing based on criteria, processing assigned work queue items, researching supplier and customer pricing claims, escalating issues to management, and collaborating on process improvement projects.
• • The role is part of Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, which focuses on creating pharmacy, care, and benefit solutions to improve health outcomes and increase vitality for millions of people through innovation in illness prediction, prevention, and treatment.
