• • As a Contract Analyst at Stryker Corporation, you will own a portfolio of usage-based finance agreements, analyzing sales data and providing insights to stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and drive sales performance.
• • Day to day, you will provide operational support to sales management, plan and coordinate projects to improve sales force efficiency, develop processes for sales support systems, maintain sales activity data for performance metrics, review under-compliant contracts for shortfalls, request billings from partner teams, and communicate complex information clearly to non-technical audiences.
• • You will join a dynamic team within Stryker’s sales operations function, collaborating closely with sales teams to enhance contract management and support data-driven decision-making in a remote-first environment.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in contract analysis, financial reporting, and sales operations, gaining hands-on experience with enterprise systems like SAP and Salesforce while building leadership skills through process improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
