- • The Contract ConceptOne Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training that elevates employee skills, performance, and organizational capability related to the C1 platform, supporting all roles impacted by the platform as a new system, including updates, enhancements, and routine releases.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting learning needs analysis, translating platform updates into role-based training content, designing learning activities for instructor-led, virtual, web-based, simulation-based, and self-directed formats, managing end-to-end learning initiatives (scheduling, logistics, enrollment, tracking), and measuring training effectiveness through data-driven insights to continuously improve learning solutions.
- • The role partners closely with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, develop impactful role-based curriculum, and deliver engaging learning experiences, while collaborating with Organizational Change Management resources and external vendors to support learning journey development and specialized training solutions.
- • In this role, the individual will gain expertise in instructional design for enterprise platforms, develop skills in learning analytics and KPI reporting, build stakeholder management capabilities across HR and business units, and contribute to organizational capability building and change management initiatives tied to platform adoption.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Training & Development, or related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience considered.
- • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or a related field.
- • Familiarity with insurance and finance background (preferred).
- • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification (preferred).
