- • Manage the full lifecycle of sponsor contracts and change orders, including drafting, negotiating, revising, and finalizing agreements for clinical, services, and global arrangements.
- • Collaborate with Business Development, Therapeutic Leaders, Operations, Finance, and Legal departments to develop and finalize contracts, change orders, and contract termination documents.
- • Lead and participate in conference calls to negotiate contract terms with sponsors, including study budgets, scope of work, and operational conditions.
- • Ensure accurate alignment between the scope of work and the study budget, integrating all changes into the main contract efficiently and without error.
- • Revise final proposal budgets to reflect agreed-upon specifications, including updates to sponsor bid grids and minor budget adjustments.
- • Develop and modify service description text to form the core contract or exhibit, ensuring clarity and compliance with company policies and sponsor requirements.
- • Adhere to company policies, applicable laws, and master agreements throughout the contract management process.
- • Work closely with the Legal Department, Global Proposal Development, Business Development, and Global Business Operations to review and develop master Service Agreements, statements of work, and change order documents.
- • Provide expert advice to Worldwide’s business units and project teams on contract management practices and policy compliance.
- • Maintain precision in documenting and tracking contract revisions, amendments, and terminations to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- • Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate, modify, and analyze budget templates and client bid grids as required for contract accuracy.
- • Demonstrate strong planning, strategizing, monitoring, scheduling, and analytical abilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- • Exercise effective stakeholder management across cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement change initiatives.
- • Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating confidence and autonomy in managing complex contractual obligations.
- • Maintain strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate effectively with internal teams and external sponsors.
- • Ensure all contract documentation reflects accurate financial, legal, and operational terms consistent with Worldwide’s standards and sponsor expectations.
