- • We are seeking a Contract Negotiation Specialist to oversee and streamline contract review and management processes in Brazil, ensuring commercial contracts are reviewed efficiently, risks are identified and escalated, and internal stakeholders receive clear guidance and tools. This role reports to the Global Contract Strategy Leader and serves as the primary point of contact for business-related contractual matters in Brazil.
- • Day to day, you will review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements (vendor, customer, partnership, SaaS, NDAs, MSAs); ensure contracts align with company policies, compliance requirements, and risk appetite; manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle using contract management tools; partner with Sales and Alliances teams on strategic agreements; collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Privacy, Compliance, and Tech teams; assist in optimizing and training local teams on CLM systems; and ensure global practices and internal controls are followed throughout negotiations and execution.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in commercial contract negotiation within the tech and e-commerce sectors, strengthen your ability to balance legal risk with business priorities, gain experience managing end-to-end contract lifecycles using CLM tools, and enhance your cross-functional collaboration skills while contributing to the efficiency and scalability of VTEX’s global contract strategy.
