We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to significantly accelerate our hiring efforts. This pivotal role sits at the exciting intersection of candidate experience, recruiting operations, and early-stage sourcing, offering a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in both people-facing interactions and meticulous behind-the-scenes execution. You will be an integral partner to our recruiting team and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process from start to finish, while also playing a crucial role in building robust talent pipelines for both immediate and future needs. This position requires a commitment of 4-5 days onsite in our New York office.
  • • *Recruiting Coordination Responsibilities:**
  • • Take full ownership of interview scheduling for a diverse range of roles across multiple departments and time zones, meticulously ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and interviewers.
  • • Act as the primary, welcoming point of contact for all candidates throughout their entire interview journey, providing timely updates and support.
  • • Diligently manage job postings, candidate statuses, and interview feedback within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining data integrity and process flow.
  • • Proactively prepare interviewers with comprehensive schedules, relevant candidate materials, and essential guidance to facilitate effective interviews.
  • • Provide crucial support for offer logistics, including conducting thorough reference checks and coordinating seamlessly with HR or People Operations to ensure a successful onboarding transition.
  • • Continuously identify and implement improvements to our recruiting processes, templates, and candidate communication strategies to enhance efficiency and experience.
  • • *Sourcing & Pipeline Building Responsibilities:**
  • • Proactively source qualified candidates for a variety of open roles by leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, employee referrals, and other innovative sourcing channels.
  • • Conduct initial outreach and engaging screening conversations to assess candidate fit and interest.
  • • Strategically build and maintain dynamic talent pipelines for recurring or high-priority roles, ensuring a ready pool of talent.
  • • Collaborate closely with recruiters to refine sourcing strategies, develop compelling candidate personas, and identify target talent pools.
  • • Diligently track and report on sourcing activities, pipeline health, and key metrics to inform recruitment strategies.
  • • *Recruiting Operations & Projects Responsibilities:**
  • • Support and contribute to key recruiting initiatives, including employer branding efforts, referral program optimization, and the execution of recruiting events.
  • • Assist in the analysis of critical recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline conversion rates, and candidate experience scores to identify areas for improvement.
  • • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, optimize our recruiting tools, and elevate the overall candidate experience.
  • • Provide flexible support for ad hoc recruiting projects as the team and company scale, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute across various functions.
