- • As a Contract Senior Talent Partner at ScanCom International S.A., you will play a pivotal role in sustaining and accelerating the company’s rapid growth by owning end-to-end recruitment across all functions during a critical maternity leave coverage period, ensuring uninterrupted hiring momentum in a high-impact, mission-driven digital health scale-up.
- • You will lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including briefing hiring managers, sourcing passive candidates, managing interview logistics, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding, all while maintaining rigorous data integrity in the ATS and delivering actionable hiring metrics to leadership.
- • You will partner closely with the Chief People Officer, People Team Leads, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders across engineering, product, and operations to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines, acting as a trusted advisor who balances speed with quality and diversity in talent acquisition.
- • You will contribute to broader People initiatives such as employer branding, onboarding improvements, and team projects, leveraging your collaborative spirit to strengthen internal processes and leave behind enhanced documentation, templates, and talent pipelines for a smooth transition upon the incumbent’s return.
- • You will operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, remote-first environment on the US East Coast, where your ability to prioritize, adapt, and drive results independently will directly impact the company’s ability to scale its team in line with its 100%+ YoY growth trajectory and profitability goals.

- • Proven experience in in-house talent acquisition with a strong track record of successfully hiring for technical roles in engineering, product, or related disciplines, including sourcing, assessing, and closing passive candidates.
- • Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar), producing accurate recruitment reports and dashboards, and using data to improve hiring efficiency and stakeholder decision-making.
- • Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust quickly, navigate competing priorities, and maintain alignment across hiring managers, People team peers, and senior leadership.
- • Comfort operating in a high-growth, ambiguous, fast-moving startup environment where autonomy is expected, processes evolve rapidly, and proactive problem-solving is essential to success.
- • Availability to start mid-April 2026 and commit to the full contract duration through end of August 2026, with a requirement to be based on the US East Coast and equipped for effective remote work (or hybrid from Atlanta office).
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive day rate of $550 per day for the duration of the fixed-term contract.

- • Inclusive, supportive team culture backed by a people-first People function that values collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
- • Meaningful mission-driven work in digital health, contributing to a company that improves diagnostic access and healthcare outcomes for hundreds of patients daily through innovative technology.
