📋 Description
- • Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer responsible for identifying and engaging qualified candidates to support Stanley Consultants' hiring needs across engineering, technical, and professional roles.
- • Day-to-day activities include sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and talent databases; conducting initial outreach; screening for basic qualifications; and maintaining candidate pipelines.
- • Stanley Consultants is an award-winning, employee-owned global consulting engineering firm with over a century of experience in energy, federal government, transportation, and water sectors, committed to a People First culture and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in technical talent sourcing, gain experience with engineering and technical recruitment processes, and contribute to building a diverse, skilled workforce that supports Stanley’s mission of creating a sustainable, connected world.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience sourcing candidates for technical or engineering roles
- • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
- • Strong communication and outreach skills for engaging passive candidates
- • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and maintain organized candidate pipelines
- • Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and talent mapping
- • Understanding of engineering, technical, or professional job functions and qualifications
