Contracts Administrator

📋 Description

• • The Contracts Administrator plays a critical role in supporting Cyara’s legal and commercial operations by managing the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution to enable business growth and risk mitigation.
• • Day to day, the person will draft, review, and manage various types of contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements; maintain contract repositories; track key dates and obligations; collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and procurement teams; and support contract negotiations and renewals.
• • Cyara is a global leader in AI-powered customer experience assurance, providing a unified platform for testing and monitoring customer journeys across voice, digital, messaging, and conversational AI channels, serving hundreds of leading brands worldwide.
