- • The Contracts and Budgets Associate supports PFM Asset Management’s expansion across Latin America by managing regional study budgets and legal agreements tied to clinical research protocols.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and negotiating global study budgets, reviewing and drafting confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendments, coordinating execution, maintaining contract databases, and resolving contractual issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- • The role operates within a global clinical operations team, ensuring contractual deliverables align with study timelines and company standards while supporting cross-border expansion in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru.
- • The associate will gain hands-on experience in international contract management, regulatory compliance in clinical research, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced, virtual environment, with opportunities to improve processes and take initiative.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience, preferably in clinical research or a similar industry.
- • One year of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements such as NDAs and Clinical Trial Agreements, including contract tracking and process management.
- • Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- • Proficiency in MS Office software and computer applications.
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, virtual team environment with self-motivation and professionalism.
