• • The Controller will lead the accounting team and oversee all accounting operations for Sardine Inc., including subsidiaries, playing a critical role in financial integrity and strategic decision-making.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing financial reporting, overseeing audits for parent and subsidiary companies, enhancing financial systems, strengthening internal controls, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting cross-functional teams on spending, profitability, and ROI decisions.
