- • As a Conversion Associate I at Navient, you will play an essential role in supporting prospective clients through the loan application process by proactively engaging, educating, and following up to drive completed loan applications, directly contributing to customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- • Day to day, you will manage high-volume inbound client contacts via phone and email, initiate proactive outreach through multiple channels, serve as a frontline representative providing education and application guidance, utilize CRM tools to document interactions and track progress, and collaborate with teammates to refine scripts and outreach strategies while meeting activity and conversion benchmarks.
- • You will be part of the SLO Operations team under the guidance of the SLO Operations Manager, working within Navient Solutions LLC, a company focused on supporting clients through the lending lifecycle with a commitment to compliance, customer experience, and employee development.
- • In this role, you will build foundational consultative sales, compliance, and customer engagement skills, receive coaching and support for performance improvement, and gain experience in high-volume, metrics-driven environments that prepare you for progression into advanced sales or client support roles within the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma/ GED/ equivalent.
- • 2+ years of customer service, sales, call center, or client support experience.
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- • Ability to learn new systems, scripts, and processes quickly.
- • Experience handling inbound phone and email communications in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- • Exposure to CRM tools (Zendesk or similar) – preferred.
- • Financial services, lending, or student loan familiarity – preferred.
