📋 Description

• • As Chief Operating Officer at Telos Health Systems, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing the operational infrastructure that enables consistent, high-quality clinical services across a rapidly growing national footprint in post-acute and long-term care settings.
• • You will translate strategic vision into disciplined execution by integrating people, processes, and technology into a highly efficient operating platform capable of supporting geographic expansion and service-line growth while ensuring operational excellence, clinical consistency, and strong financial performance.
• • Day to day, you will design and implement operating systems, processes, and governance structures for multi-state growth, including developing enterprise operational playbooks for onboarding, provider deployment, credentialing, and facility engagement.
• • You will define and track KPIs across productivity, utilization, and service delivery, partnering with clinical and finance leadership to align operations with risk-based contract performance and drive continuous operational improvement.
• • You will oversee operational infrastructure supporting clinical teams, optimizing provider staffing, scheduling, and productivity while building scalable onboarding, credentialing, and training systems to ensure speed of execution in provider contracting and deployment.
• • You will lead the onboarding of new partner facilities and health systems, standardizing client onboarding, ramp, and performance monitoring to ensure consistent, high-quality partner experience and support expansion with new and existing partners.
• • You will partner with the CEO and other C-Suite executives to manage performance against financial targets, improve productivity and scheduling efficiency, optimize revenue cycle operations including documentation and charge capture, and drive margin improvement through operational discipline.
• • You will support the deployment and optimization of EMR, RCM, scheduling, and analytics systems, enabling data-driven decision-making across operations and identifying automation and workflow optimization opportunities.
• • You will work with C-suite teams to ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and state regulations, support quality initiatives and value-based care performance, and implement monitoring and audit frameworks to manage risk.
• • You will build and lead a high-performing operations organization, develop regional and functional leaders, establish accountability and performance culture, and partner with the executive team on long-term strategy.
