  • • The CoOp/CEMA Team Lead provides guidance and expertise to a team of Specialists and Administrators focused on CoOp and CEMA loans, handling loan-level escalations and inquiries to ensure timely resolution of exceptions and missing trailing documents.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and directing incoming mail and email for intake, scanning, and shipping; pulling reports from the LOS system to identify outstanding documents; overseeing team management including employee development, performance coaching, and approving timesheets and time-off requests; serving as the first-level escalation point for general questions and file reviews; assisting with onboarding and training of new hires; providing loan status updates to management and executive leadership; ensuring monthly production goals are met; and ensuring investor guidelines are followed to avoid late delivery fees.

🎯 Requirements

  • • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • • Experience with title work, preferred
  • • Knowledge of Ellie Mae Encompass 360 loan origination software
  • • Knowledge of mortgage loan documentation, preferred
  • • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • • Detail oriented with advanced organizational skills
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • • Requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
