  • • As a Coordinator, Business Recruiting for EMEA at Datadog, you will play a pivotal role in fueling the company's growth by attracting and hiring top talent across various technical and business functions within the European, Middle Eastern, and African regions.
  • • This is a high-impact, fixed-term contract position, offering significant visibility and the opportunity to directly contribute to Datadog's strategic expansion and future success.
  • • You will be the central point of contact for candidates throughout their interview journey, ensuring a seamless, positive, and professional experience from initial contact to offer.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be the meticulous organization and management of all interview logistics, including scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, coordinating on-site and remote interview sessions, and managing the communication workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • • You will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and compliance of our job postings and candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all external communications reflect current and correct information.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to provide an exceptional candidate experience, which includes warmly greeting candidates who visit our Dublin office, conducting informative office tours, and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
  • • You will actively support the scaling of our interview processes by assisting in the training of new interviewers, ensuring consistency and quality in candidate assessments.
  • • Collaboration is key; you will partner closely with recruiters, people business partners, other people coordinators, and hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
  • • Building and nurturing strong stakeholder relationships is essential. You will maintain effective and proactive communication with all parties involved in the recruitment lifecycle, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
  • • Beyond interview coordination, you will contribute to the onboarding of new team members, delivering informative sessions and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition into Datadog.
