Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of NFL League partner contracts, from kick-off through renewal, ensuring every deliverable is tracked, documented, and executed flawlessly across 32 clubs, 100+ events, and multiple broadcast partners.
- • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for marquee sponsors—think household-name brands in technology, beverage, automotive, and financial services—translating complex contractual language into clear action plans and keeping partners confident that their multi-million-dollar investments are in expert hands.
- • Build and maintain a dynamic, real-time dashboard that captures partner deliverables, deadlines, and performance metrics; you’ll flag risks early, celebrate wins loudly, and give senior leadership the transparency they need to make strategic decisions on the fly.
- • Coordinate cross-functional “sprint teams” that span marketing, broadcast, digital, social, events, and club services; you’ll run weekly stand-ups, assign owners, and keep 30+ concurrent workstreams moving so that every logo placement, in-game feature, and social post lands on time and on brand.
- • Produce concise, insight-packed recaps after every major tent-pole—Draft, Kickoff, Pro Bowl, Super Bowl—quantifying impressions, engagement, and ROI so partners see exactly how the NFL outperforms every other sports property.
- • Shepherd creative assets through legal, brand, and compliance reviews, turning around approvals in 48 hours or less while protecting the shield and ensuring sponsors’ messages resonate with 180 million avid fans.
- • Anticipate the unexpected: when a last-minute broadcast change bumps a 30-second spot, you’ll already have three alternate placements pre-cleared, saving the partner from make-goods and preserving revenue.
- • Maintain the master sponsorship calendar, locking in deadlines for artwork, talent shoots, hospitality lists, and experiential builds; your color-coded, shareable timeline becomes the single source of truth for the entire league office.
- • Track and reconcile multi-million-dollar budgets line-by-line, catching variances before they become overruns and partnering with Finance to deliver quarterly accruals that are accurate to the penny.
- • Draft polished partner-facing emails, memos, and presentation decks that translate data into stories, turning quarterly business reviews into strategic planning sessions that grow renewals by double digits.
- • Travel up to 25 % to regular-season games, playoff weekends, and the Super Bowl to manage on-site activations, ensuring signage, hospitality, and talent appearances exceed partner expectations and create lifelong memories for fans.
- • Champion a culture of continuous improvement—after every season you’ll lead a retrospective, capture lessons learned, and roll out process tweaks that make the next year even smoother.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends—whether it’s NFT ticketing, augmented-reality overlays, or new streaming platforms—so the NFL remains the gold standard for innovative, fan-first partnerships.
- • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality; you’ll handle sensitive financial data, proprietary creative concepts, and strategic roadmaps that can move markets.
