- • As a Coordonnateur(trice), comptes clients – Montréal / Coordinator, Customer Business Development at Revlon, you will play a critical executional backbone role in ensuring best-in-class execution across Quebec retail partners, with a strong focus on Metro banners (Jean Coutu & Brunet). This role goes beyond administration—it is responsible for flawless delivery of commercial initiatives in-store, on time, and aligned with customer expectations, directly contributing to Revlon’s market presence and brand performance in one of its key Canadian markets.
- • Day to day, you will own end-to-end execution of customer-facing submissions (listings, displays, returns, pricing, planograms) via retailer portals; co-manage the promotional calendar and lead weekly promotional alignment meetings; prepare and manage planogram resets; track modular execution from planning to in-store implementation; own the New Store Openings/Renovations (NSO) tracker; coordinate internal and external stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Field teams; support deduction clearing and ad hoc requests; and contribute to monthly field bulletins while ensuring alignment between head office strategy and in-store reality.
- • You will be part of Revlon’s Customer Business Development team under the leadership of the Sr. Customer Business Development Manager, working within a globally recognized beauty company with iconic brands such as Revlon, Elizabeth Arden, Almay, American Crew, and others. The team operates in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment where precision, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving are essential to driving retail success across Quebec.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in CPG retail execution, strengthen your ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, and gain hands-on experience with Quebec-specific retailer dynamics—particularly Metro, Jean Coutu, and Brunet. You will refine your skills in project coordination, data tracking, and commercial execution while building accountability and ownership in a high-visibility position that directly impacts in-store performance and customer satisfaction.
