  • • Own the full B2B sales cycle for WeTravel in France and Belgium, from initial prospecting and cold outreach to closing deals and handoff to onboarding.
  • • Prospect and connect directly with tour operators and small to mid-sized travel businesses in France and the Benelux region.
  • • Conduct engaging product demos that clearly demonstrate how WeTravel’s platform solves specific business needs for travel operators.
  • • Manage and nurture a sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate deal tracking and timely follow-ups.
  • • Independently source new leads beyond provided lists, gather market insights, and help shape WeTravel’s go-to-market strategy for France and Benelux.
  • • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to relay customer feedback, pain points, and market trends that inform product development and messaging.
  • • Work remotely as a full-time international contractor with a focus on consistent, self-driven execution and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
  • • Maintain a high level of organization and discipline to manage multiple deals simultaneously while meeting personal and team sales targets.
  • • Participate in weekly team collaboration, share wins, and contribute to a culture of mutual support and accountability.
  • • Receive structured onboarding through a 2-week cross-functional program to understand product, sales processes, and company culture.
  • • Represent WeTravel as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them discover how our platform enables their business growth.
  • • Operate with autonomy while adhering to established sales best practices and compliance standards as an international contractor.
  • • Work in a fully remote capacity with the expectation of being available during core European business hours.
  • • Contribute to a global, travel-loving team that values innovation, adventure, and meaningful work.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Native French speaker with full professional proficiency in English
  • • Proven experience in B2B inside sales via phone and email
  • • Comfort and confidence conducting cold outreach and managing a full sales cycle independently
  • • Familiarity with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot
  • • Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses in a sales capacity
  • • Legal right to work in the EU (citizenship or residency; no visa sponsorship available)

  • • Base salary of €48,600 EUR with uncapped commission; Year 1 OTE of €95,000, Year 2 OTE of €130,000
