  • • Apiphani LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to join our rapidly growing technology-enabled managed services company. This pivotal role is designed to empower our sales organization and significantly influence the future trajectory of our SAP-focused software and services portfolio. You will be instrumental in bridging deep SAP expertise with sophisticated pre-sales leadership, guiding prospective clients to understand the strategic value of our offerings while simultaneously enabling our internal teams to achieve peak performance and execution.
  • • As a Senior Solutions Engineer, your primary focus will be on pre-sales leadership, collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve ambitious company goals across advisory/assessment services, professional services, and managed services, with a particular emphasis on SAP, Data, AI, and Cloud solutions. You will spearhead technical discovery sessions, meticulously design solutions, and deliver compelling presentations for both software and services opportunities, ensuring a precise qualification of desired customer outcomes.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves articulating the tangible business value and measurable outcomes of our solutions in a manner that resonates deeply with C-level executives, IT leadership, and critical SAP operations stakeholders. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their evaluation journey, skillfully connecting their unique business priorities with our comprehensive capabilities.
  • • You will take the lead in developing and delivering high-quality responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring that our value proposition and unique differentiators are clearly and effectively communicated. In collaboration with the Project Management Office (PMO) and delivery organizations, you will architect robust and scalable solutions that meet complex client needs.
  • • Furthermore, you will partner closely with our advisory team to drive key assessments, facilitate strategic workshops, and lead impactful strategic advisory engagements with both prospects and existing customers, laying the groundwork for successful long-term partnerships.
  • • Your SAP expertise and ecosystem engagement will be crucial. You will demonstrate a profound understanding of SAP landscapes, contemporary cloud transformation pathways, critical security considerations, and effective operational models. A significant part of your role will involve navigating SAP’s organizational structure, fostering strong partnerships with SAP account teams, Account Executives (AEs), and a wide array of ecosystem partners.
  • • To excel in this capacity, you will be expected to maintain, or actively pursue and obtain, relevant SAP and partner certifications that are essential for effective sales motions, particularly those related to value-based selling.
  • • Sales enablement is another critical pillar of this position. You will work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to craft persuasive proposals, develop engaging demonstrations, and articulate strong Points of View (POVs). Your ability to translate complex product capabilities and service offerings into clear, understandable business value for specific customer use cases will be paramount.
  • • You will play an active role in shaping our go-to-market messaging, defining our unique differentiators, and refining our competitive positioning. Conducting Return on Investment (ROI) assessments will be a regular part of your responsibilities, quantifying the financial benefits for our clients.
  • • In terms of marketing responsibilities, you will be a key representative of Apiphani at industry events and trade shows, actively staffing booths and engaging with prospective customers. You will collaborate with the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to refine outbound messaging strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • • You will develop and deliver impactful presentations for conferences, webinars, and user groups, sharing our expertise and insights. Collaboration on the creation and refinement of marketing collateral that effectively supports both software and services sales will be essential. A significant contribution will be the production of thought-leadership content, including whitepapers, blog posts, and video briefings, on a consistent basis.
  • • Your product and services responsibilities will involve monitoring SAP ecosystem trends, staying abreast of product updates, and identifying emerging market opportunities. You will provide strategic insights to guide our positioning and differentiation strategies. Gathering feedback from customers and prospects will be vital, translating this information into actionable product enhancement requests and contributing to roadmap discussions with the product team.
  • • You will also collaborate closely with the services organization to shape innovative new service offerings that directly align with evolving customer needs and dynamic market demands.
  • • Finally, in team development, you will mentor junior pre-sales administrators, actively supporting their professional growth and development into full pre-sales roles. You will contribute to building scalable pre-sales processes, developing essential tools, establishing robust demo environments, and creating repeatable assets that benefit the entire team.
