📋 Description

• • Perform intermediate-level policy documentation and processing tasks to support underwriting and client servicing functions in a shared service or offshore operations model.
• • Review underwriting instructions and prepare policy documents accurately according to established company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• • Validate coverage details, limits, and premium data against source systems to ensure accuracy prior to policy issuance.
• • Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in full alignment with compliance standards and internal controls.
• • Maintain and update policy records in core processing systems to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
• • Adhere strictly to service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times for policy issuance and related workflows.
• • Collaborate with onshore teams to resolve discrepancies, clarify documentation needs, and fulfill document requests in a timely manner.
• • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in policy documentation workflows.
• • Ensure all policy documentation activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal audit controls.
• • Interpret and apply complex underwriting instructions to produce accurate and compliant policy documents.
• • Utilize policy administration systems and Microsoft Office Suite to execute daily tasks efficiently and accurately.
• • Manage multiple priorities with strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• • Demonstrate strong attention to detail to prevent errors in policy terms, premiums, and coverage details.
• • Communicate effectively across distributed teams to coordinate tasks, escalate issues, and maintain alignment on documentation standards.
