CORE Operating System (OS) Execution Lead

📋 Description

• • The CORE OS Execution Lead is responsible for executing, sustaining, and scaling the organization’s CORE operating system across the ES Applications, translating strategy into action by enabling adoption, reinforcing standards, driving education and certification, tracking performance metrics, and cultivating a strong CORE community and culture.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the operational rhythm of CORE, identifying adoption gaps and execution friction, serving as the primary escalation point for execution challenges, onboarding new CORE practitioners, building and strengthening the CORE community and culture, administering education and certification programs, tracking metrics and reporting, leading communications and recognition efforts, and producing short-form video content to make CORE tools accessible and relatable.
