📋 Description
- • As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Juniper Square, you will serve as a strategic growth partner responsible for building high-performing engineering, product, and IT teams while contributing to the company’s mission of unlocking private market potential through technology. Your work directly impacts organizational scalability and culture by ensuring talent acquisition aligns with business objectives and values-driven innovation.
- • You will own full lifecycle recruiting for technical and business roles, designing and executing AI-assisted sourcing strategies that identify, engage, and convert passive candidates at scale. This includes building proactive talent pipelines before requisitions open, leveraging data analytics to refine outreach effectiveness, and using automation to reduce manual burden so you can focus on high-judgment activities like candidate calibration, relationship building, and closing.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with engineering, product, and IT leadership as a trusted advisor, providing market intelligence, challenging assumptions when necessary, and setting clear expectations around search strategy and pipeline health using data-driven insights. You will maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and interviewers, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout each search.
- • You will own the candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer, treating every interaction as a brand-building opportunity. This involves assessing candidates beyond keywords—evaluating capability, growth trajectory, and cultural contribution—while maintaining SLAs for responsiveness and communication quality, even when hiring teams are delayed.
- • You will continuously optimize recruiting workflows by auditing for inefficiencies and implementing AI-assisted solutions in application review, outreach, scheduling, and status tracking. Using Ashby as both an ATS and insight engine, you will ensure data integrity and deliver actionable pipeline health reports that drive decisions and improve operational rigor.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with proven success supporting engineering and product teams in competitive technical markets
- • Fluency with AI-enabled sourcing tools and workflows, using AI as a core component of sourcing, screening, and process optimization—not as an occasional shortcut
- • Proficiency with Ashby (ATS) or similar modern recruiting platforms, including using the system for insight generation and pipeline analytics
- • Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly build credibility across new functional areas, including engineering, product, and IT
- • Experience scaling teams in a high-growth tech company environment
- • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
