• • Core Sales Representative for 3M's Personal Safety Division, responsible for covering Northern California and Reno Nevada territory, establishing and managing relationships with end users and distributors, and representing the full PSD product portfolio including Respiratory, Hearing, Protective Eye Wear, Fall Protection, Protective Clothing, Welding, and Head & Face.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales territory to achieve objectives, applying marketing policies, utilizing the selling process to drive results, demonstrating and training customers on product applications, coordinating time and resources effectively, maintaining account information, exhibiting leadership with accounts and peers, and continuously developing skills related to market, products, and applications.
