đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Corporate Account Manager at CrowdStrike, you will be the primary driver of customer success and revenue growth within the corporate segment across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, ensuring clients derive maximum value from the world’s leading AI-native cybersecurity platform while directly contributing to the company’s mission of stopping breaches and securing modern enterprises.
  • • You will own the full sales cycle for existing corporate accounts — from proactive relationship management and renewal negotiations to identifying expansion opportunities — acting as a trusted advisor who balances customer advocacy with strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives to drive net revenue retention and quota attainment.
  • • You will join a high-performing, mission-driven sales team at CrowdStrike, a global cybersecurity leader renowned for its innovative technology, customer-centric culture, and commitment to empowering employees with autonomy, flexibility, and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise cybersecurity sales, master advanced sales frameworks like MEDDPICC and Sandler, and build a track record of driving measurable business outcomes — positioning yourself for advancement into senior account leadership, sales management, or specialized roles within CrowdStrike’s expanding global go-to-market organization.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate segment clients in AP & Telangana, collaborating with Customer Success, Managed Services, and Product teams to ensure consistent value delivery, proactive issue resolution, and seamless post-sale experience that reinforces trust and long-term partnership.
  • • Manage the end-to-end contract renewal lifecycle — including scheduling discovery meetings, conducting negotiations, documenting contract changes, securing signatures, and driving elevated ARR renewal rates — while partnering closely with the renewals team to minimize churn and maximize retention.
  • • Consistently achieve and exceed new sales growth quotas within your assigned customer base by identifying untapped opportunities, developing targeted account plans, and executing strategic outreach to expand product adoption and increase customer lifetime value.
  • • Act as a customer advocate by building strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their evolving security challenges, and cultivating internal champions who can influence renewal and expansion decisions across technical and executive audiences.
  • • Proactively identify whitespace in existing accounts through deep discovery and usage analysis, then create compelling, value-based presentations and business cases to promote upgrades, cross-sells, and adoption of additional CrowdStrike solutions such as Falcon Insight, Falcon OverWatch, or Falcon Identity Protection.
  • • Consult with customers to recommend tailored solutions from the CrowdStrike portfolio that address emerging threats and infrastructure needs, driving increased product ingestion and platform stickiness while aligning with the customer’s security roadmap.
  • • Develop and execute data-driven account strategies and plans that align with territory goals, leveraging CRM insights, usage metrics, and market intelligence to prioritize high-potential accounts and optimize resource allocation for maximum ROI.
  • • Provide high-touch customer service by coordinating escalations, liaising with technical support and engineering teams when needed, and ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain satisfaction and prevent attrition.
  • • Act as a critical feedback loop between customers and Product Management by capturing feature requests, usability insights, and enhancement suggestions from the field and communicating them clearly to influence future product development and roadmap prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven full sales cycle experience in account management or net new logo acquisition, with a demonstrated ability to sell complex technical solutions to IT, security, engineering, or similar technical audiences.
  • • Strong proficiency in running discovery calls, managing multi-stakeholder sales processes, handling objections, and executing sophisticated sales strategies — including experience working with channel partners — to consistently close deals and meet or exceed quotas.
  • • Foundational understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Sandler, with the ability to apply frameworks to qualify opportunities, forecast accurately, and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, evidenced by the ability to craft persuasive emails, deliver compelling presentations, facilitate productive conference calls, and collaborate effectively in internal and external meetings.
  • • High comfort level navigating client objections and negotiations, with a track record of turning resistance into agreement through empathy, data-driven reasoning, and solution-focused dialogue.
  • • Strong technical aptitude and rapid learning ability, enabling quick comprehension of cybersecurity concepts, product features, and threat landscapes to speak credibly with technical buyers and position solutions effectively.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Market-leading compensation package including competitive base salary, performance-based bonuses, and significant equity awards that align employee success with company growth.
  • • Comprehensive wellness programs covering physical health, mental well-being, and preventive care, designed to support holistic employee resilience and long-term vitality.
  • • Generous vacation and holiday policies, plus paid parental and adoption leave, enabling meaningful time off for rest, family, and personal recharge without career penalty.
  • • Ongoing professional development opportunities accessible to all employees, including training, certifications, mentorship, and internal mobility programs to foster continuous skill growth and career advancement.
  • • Vibrant, inclusive workplace culture featuring employee networks, geographic affinity groups, volunteer initiatives, and world-class office amenities (where applicable) that foster connection, belonging, and engagement across global teams.
  • • Recognized as a Great Place to Work Certified™ organization globally, reflecting CrowdStrike’s commitment to trust, pride, and camaraderie in the workplace.
