Your work will directly influence employee engagement, belonging, and motivation by designing meaningful experiences and communications that inspire unity and purpose across teams.
- • You will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of internal events — including large-scale All-Hands meetings, educational workshops, team-building activities, and cultural initiatives — ensuring they are engaging, well-organized, and reflective of Liven’s innovative spirit. This includes building and maintaining the internal events calendar, coordinating logistics, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver seamless experiences.
- • You will create compelling, multi-format content for internal communication channels such as Slack and Notion, working closely with the creative team to produce announcements, articles, digests, podcasts, and visual materials that reinforce company values, celebrate milestones, and keep teams informed and inspired.
- • You will act as a cultural ambassador by integrating Liven’s core values into all internal touchpoints — from event themes and messaging to recognition programs and merchandise — ensuring consistency and authenticity in how culture is lived and expressed across the organization.
- • You will partner with internal ambassadors and initiative drivers to activate employee-led programs, support grassroots engagement, and amplify participation in wellness, learning, and community-building activities.
- • You will manage the company’s Recognition Platform, overseeing the system for celebrating individual and team achievements, ensuring timely, meaningful acknowledgments that reinforce desired behaviors and strengthen morale.
- • You will lead the conceptualization and execution of branded merchandise and gifts — from ideation and storytelling to production coordination with designers — creating tangible expressions of appreciation and belonging that resonate with employees.
- • You will contribute to building a top-tier employer brand by showcasing Liven’s unique culture internally and externally, helping attract and retain talent who share the company’s curiosity-driven, impact-focused mindset.
- • Through this role, you will develop advanced skills in strategic internal communications, event project management, cross-functional collaboration, and creative campaign design — gaining hands-on experience in building culture at scale within a fast-growing, mission-led tech organization.
- • You will have the opportunity to grow as a culture leader by influencing employee experience at a company that values experimentation, ownership, and continuous learning — where your initiatives can directly impact team cohesion, motivation, and overall organizational health.
