- • Corporate Finance & Strategy Analyst at Pave Bank, a fully licensed commercial bank reimagining global business access to capital by bridging traditional finance and digital assets. This role is critical to supporting high-impact strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation at the intersection of finance, strategy, and business expansion.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include contributing to group strategy through financial modelling and market research, improving financial workflows via automation, performing FP&A tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, supporting corporate development activities like M&A and partnerships, and assisting investor relations through fundraising materials, data rooms, and ad hoc investor queries.
- • Pave Bank is a fast-growing institution led by second-time founders and industry leaders, offering exposure to institutional banking and digital assets. The role involves regular travel to Georgia and Dubai, providing international market experience and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership.
- • The analyst will develop deep expertise in strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, corporate development, and investor relations while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, ambitious environment focused on redefining the future of finance and digital asset integration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Highly analytical with experience in financial modelling and preparing strategic or investor-facing materials (venture capital, investment banking, or consulting experience is a plus)
- • Previous experience in startups or fast-paced environments strongly preferred
- • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools and AI/automation tools is a plus
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- • Knowledge of digital assets and cryptocurrency is a plus, but not required
